Coaching for change: a DB&A expertise

Periods of change, if unsettling, are also potentially the most challenging just like they are for actors, who constantly have to adapt due to the nature of their profession. That’s why DB&A coachings provide the perfect answer to adjust behaviors and transform change into success.

The goal

To coach executives and leaders in times of major change.
This change can be linked to a career transition or to a company change like strategic changes, reorganization, mergers, etc.
DB&A coachings will particularly focus on communication and relational strategy.

Team Coaching

Team coaching

DB&A coaches teams or transverse teams to help them define and reach their short and medium terms goals, under satisfactory conditions for all.

Facilitation helps make group work easier and more productive, with a view to building a common project.

The goal

Based on listening, creativity and decision-making skills, facilitation helps to build unifying and lasting solutions: because they stem from collaboration and consensus.

In practice

Facilitation may be carried out:

  • as one session with a clearly defined goal of ‘deliverables’.
  • in the long run, to change in-depth the ways you work together.

Event Coaching

DB&A prepares and stages leading business actors to enhance the quality of their key spoken communications.

Ready for challenging situations:

Coaching for public speaking Seminars, company conventions with or without partners, presentations of results / annual shareholders meetings, conferences, symposium, tender interviews and presentations, assumption of duty/ inauguration speeches... Because we rarely have a second chance to make a good first impression.

To prepare and rehearse for those challenging situations, with a powerful message and perfectly matching form and content.

In practice

A 3 step - 3 session coaching

  • 1. Work on the content – structuring of the message in accordance with your goals, your audience, including the media
  • 2. Shape your messages while working on the physical dimension of speaking in public
  • 3. Depending on the type of intervention, rehearsal at the event venue or at the DB&A studio.

Media training

A dynamic approach of media training for the construction of your messages and style for press conferences, TV or radio interviews. A unique DB&A feature: a Phase B audio-visual studio on our premises.

The goal

To prepare and rehearse addressing the media with a powerful message and perfectly matching form and content.

DB&A Executive

David Bitton and DB&A have accompanied executive committees and business leaders for nearly 12 years.

DB&A Executive consultants have the Harvard “Executive Communication Skills” certificate and coach:

  • To enhance performance, strengthen team cohesion and make management communication more impactful using multidimensional tools and approaches
  • To strengthen or create a positive vision (positive visioning) of the company project. This method was developed in partnership with Christine Blanchetière, specialist in creativity, and has been applied with great success.
